Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel
We highly recommend booking at this hotel. There is a hotel block under the “Hogaboom/Rascher” name and is accessible through the link below. Though it is slightly further from the reception venue, it is equidistant from the reception and the church. This hotel will have a shuttle from the reception with scheduled trips.
NOTE: The hotel block with our discounted rate for Saturday night (6/22-6/23) has filled and we are unable to add more rooms. Thursday and Friday night still have availability. If you’d like to stay here, you are still able to book at the regular rate through their website and they will do their best to place you in a room with the block. This should be done ASAP, however, as this hotel is close to capacity.

As another option for a hotel, we have set up a discounted hotel block here under “Rascher/Hogaboom” name and is accessible through the link below. This hotel is very close to the Renaissance Hotel listed above and will also have a shuttle from the reception with scheduled trips.

NOTE: While we encourage guests to visit the city if traveling from out of town (fun things to do linked here), we would not recommend staying downtown the night of the wedding, as it is challenging to get a rideshare (Lyft or Uber) or taxi to drive to the city at this hour, due to the length of the trip there.
